Here’s my experience, a couple of years ago, my company was searching for a psd to xhtml service, and we tried a couple of them, but, soon realised the good company’s are company’s like a psdconverted.com
They are small, fast, with excellent service.
Just saying, big company’s dont mean good quality! hehe

As someone who is trying to pursue this as a career and who is investing so much time with books and self teaching, these tutorials are absolutely amazing.
